Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — in the same condition in which it was received.
- All original tags attached and intact.
- In original, resalable condition with original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item shows any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage that was not present at the time of delivery.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Sale and clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase on these items, as no exceptions can be made.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns require prior authorization. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Step 1: Email us at hereforyou@whinyworkouts.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: We will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship your item back using a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to an $8.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account, which is outside of our control.
Refunds are based on the price you originally paid, regardless of any current sale or promotional pricing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer one exchange per item. Exchanges are a straight swap — you may choose a different design, size, or color of equal value to your original purchase. If you would like an item of greater or lesser value, please initiate a return instead and place a new order.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (see above). Please indicate in your email that you are requesting an exchange and specify what you would like in its place. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements, we will begin manufacturing your exchange order. Please allow 2 business days for manufacturing and 1 additional business day to ship.
The restocking fee is waived for exchanges. You are still responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Items
If you believe your item arrived defective, please contact us at hereforyou@whinyworkouts.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and photos of the defect so we can assess the issue promptly.
We stand behind our products and will make it right. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Defective items are not subject to the restocking fee.
Lost or Missing Returns
If your return tracking shows delivery but we have not processed your return within 7 business days of the tracked delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation, which is why we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
