Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Whiny Workouts products are made to order. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be manufactured before it is shipped. Orders are shipped the following business day after manufacturing is complete.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping
  • Orders $50 and under: Flat rate of $5.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total before any discounts or taxes are applied.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We ship via UPS or USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and package size.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Total Order Timeline

From the time you place your order, you can generally expect delivery within 5–8 business days: up to 2 business days for manufacturing, 1 business day to ship, and 2–5 business days for carrier delivery. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the UPS or USPS website, or through any major package tracking service.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the details below.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review the specific situations below and contact us at hereforyou@whinyworkouts.com if you have an issue with your shipment. All issues must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we have reviewed your photos, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package never arrives and is never marked as delivered, please contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. Once the carrier has completed their investigation, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first wait 2–3 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early. We also recommend checking with neighbors or building management in case it was left nearby. If your package still has not turned up after that window, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier before determining next steps.

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported stolen. We recommend checking whether your carrier offers delivery instructions, such as requiring a signature or delivery to a secure location, if theft is a concern in your area.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hereforyou@whinyworkouts.com. We will do our best to make a correction, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the manufacturing or shipping process.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at hereforyou@whinyworkouts.com and we will do our best to assist you or let you know when international shipping becomes available.
